Refund Requests

Submit a written request within 14 days of project delivery, product purchase, or scheduled coaching session.
Email your request to contact@soredigital.com with the subject: “Refund Request – [Product/Service Name]”.
Include a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation.
Coaching sessions: Refunds must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the session.
Refund Process
Requests are carefully reviewed.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be offered depending on the extent of dissatisfaction or usage of the service/product.
Refund Denial
We may not approve a refund if:
The request is submitted after the specified timeframe.
The issue is beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
For ongoing projects, cancellations will be refunded based on the work completed, minus applicable fees.
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
